Our 15-Year Concrete Lifting Warranty

When you pay to have sunken concrete fixed, you shouldn't have to wonder how long the fix will last. That's why every concrete lifting job from Lifted Spray Foam comes with a 15-year warranty — in writing, on every job.

What the warranty covers

Our warranty covers the concrete lifting and injection work we perform, and it protects you against future sinkage of the concrete we lifted. In plain terms: if a slab we raised settles back down during the 15-year warranty period, call us. We'll come out, take a look, and lift it back to level. The concrete sank the first time because the ground underneath it failed — soil washout, settling, voids. Our job is to fill that void and raise the slab, and the warranty is our promise that the fix holds.

What the warranty doesn't cover

The warranty covers the lift itself. It does not cover crack repair or joint sealant. Cracks and joints are surface maintenance — sealant wears, and concrete can crack for reasons that have nothing to do with whether the slab is level and supported. If you're not sure whether something is covered, just ask us. We'd rather explain it up front than surprise you later.

How to use your warranty

Simple: call Lifted Spray Foam at (815) 200-6880 and tell us the concrete we lifted has settled. We'll schedule a time to come out and inspect it. If the sinkage is covered — and sinkage of lifted concrete is exactly what the warranty is for — we'll take care of it.

Fifteen years is a long time. We offer it because we believe in the work, and because a repair that doesn't last isn't a repair.
