Backed by a 15-year warranty.
Every concrete lifting job we do is covered by our 15-year warranty against future sinkage. If the concrete we lifted settles again, we come back and make it right. The warranty covers our lifting and injection work; crack repair and joint sealant are maintenance items and aren't included.
Driveway Lifting & Leveling
Driveway Lifting & Leveling
A sunken driveway is more than an eyesore. Slabs that settle leave trip hazards at the garage door, send water pooling toward your garage and foundation, and drag down the front of your home. We lift and level sunken driveways with polyurethane foam — no tear-out, no new concrete, and most driveways are back in use the same day.
Why driveways sink
Driveways settle when the soil underneath washes out, dries and shrinks, or was never compacted well in the first place. Illinois freeze-thaw cycles make it worse — water gets under the slab, freezes, and shifts things a little more every winter, until voids form and the slab drops.
How we lift your driveway
We drill small 3/8-inch holes in the slab and inject high-density polyurethane foam underneath. The foam fills the voids first, then gently raises the slab back to level. Holes are patched, the foam cures in minutes, and you can drive on it the same day.
Lifting vs. replacing
Lifting typically costs about 25% of what tear-out and replacement runs — and there's no demolition, no forms, no waiting days for new concrete to cure. Every lift is backed by our 15-year warranty against future sinkage (warranty excludes crack repair and joint sealant).
