Backed by a 15-year warranty.
Every concrete lifting job we do is covered by our 15-year warranty against future sinkage. If the concrete we lifted settles again, we come back and make it right. The warranty covers our lifting and injection work; crack repair and joint sealant are maintenance items and aren't included.
Void Filling & Soil Stabilization
Void Filling & Soil Stabilization
Sometimes the concrete hasn't dropped yet — but the support underneath it is already gone. Voids under driveways, garage floors, sidewalks, and slabs let water in, invite more washout, and end with the slab cracking or sinking. We fill voids and stabilize the soil beneath with polyurethane foam, supporting the slab before it fails.
Signs there's a void under your concrete
A hollow sound when you tap or walk the slab, cracks forming along joints, soil or mulch washing out at the edges, and slabs that rock slightly under weight. If you can slide a ruler or see daylight under an edge, the void is already there.
How void filling works
We inject polyurethane foam through small 3/8-inch holes. The foam flows into the void, expands to fill it completely, and compacts the surrounding soil as it cures — stabilizing the base without lifting when no lift is needed, or as the first stage of a lift when it is.
An ounce of prevention
Filling a void costs a fraction of replacing a slab that finally gives way, and it protects the concrete you already have. Where a slab has already settled, void filling pairs with our lifting work, backed by our 15-year warranty against future sinkage.
