Every concrete lifting job we do is covered by our 15-year warranty against future sinkage. If the concrete we lifted settles again, we come back and make it right. The warranty covers our lifting and injection work; crack repair and joint sealant are maintenance items and aren't included.

An uneven sidewalk or a stoop pulling away from the house is a trip hazard waiting for a guest, a delivery driver, or your own family. We lift and level sunken sidewalks, stoops, and front steps with polyurethane foam, restoring a safe, even surface without tearing anything out.
Small drops, real hazards
It doesn't take much — even a small height difference between sidewalk slabs can catch a toe, a stroller wheel, or a snow shovel. Stoops and steps settle for the same reasons driveways do: soil washout, voids, and freeze-thaw cycles working under the slab.
How we lift sidewalks and stoops
Through small 3/8-inch holes, we inject polyurethane foam under the slab. It fills the void and raises the concrete back into place with control you can't get from tear-out and repour. Most sidewalks and stoops are done in a couple of hours and walkable the same day.
